Hi, I'm Stacy

This episode kicks off a brand new season and a new name for the podcast: Beyond Better. I share the story behind the name and how the concept of creating a life that is beyond better impacts every area of my life, including my relationships, work, and more. Be sure to subscribe to the pod and share it with a friend who wants to build a life that is beyond better too.

Stacy-Thank you for your podcast. I enjoyed hearing about your journey. Because I have had such amazing transformation with your father’s work, I am always looking for tribute to your amazing parents and how they fed and led you to the amazing women that you now are. It was nice to hear acknowledgement of your sweet childhood and I think an interview with your father for a podcast might be wonderful.
Your podcast reminds me of a classic Conference talk by Dallin H. Oaks, a member of the quorum of the 12 apostles at the time.(He is now currently in the first Presidency serving with our Prophet, President Nelson (renowned heart surgeon). The talk is on Utube and LDS.org titled, “Good, Better, Best.”
I give full credit to our church’s positive influence on the formation of success in our 5 grown children’s lives. My husband and I have “no greater joy than knowing our children walk in faith.” (continued joy knowing our grandchildren are being tutored with the same gifts) In the end it is all that matters. Bless you and your family’s continued journey, Rosie Barfuss

Thank you for this wonderful comment, Rosie! I love that my dad has impacted you—he’s a great person and someone I look up to. 🙂 What a fun idea to interview him too! Thanks for sharing about the talk—I haven’t heard of Dallin H. Oaks but appreciate how much of an influence it has had on your life and parenting. Great to hear from you, and thanks, again, for your thoughtful comment.
